General Terms and Conditions of Sale — IMIM

Artisanal Moroccan pastries & oriental specialties

1. Presentation

IMIM is an artisanal shop specializing in the production of Moroccan pastries and oriental specialties made to order. Each preparation is made with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.

2. Orders

All our pastries are made to order. By placing an order on our shop, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the products are prepared specifically for them, according to the quantities and specifications chosen.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Given the artisanal and personalized nature of our products, the following cancellation conditions apply:

✅ Within 48 hours of placing the order: the customer can cancel their order and will be fully refunded, without charge or justification.
❌ After the 48-hour period: the preparation of the order begins. No cancellation or refund can be granted, as the products are handmade and cannot be resold.

For any cancellation request, the customer must contact us at the following address: imimofficiel.contact@gmail.com stating their order number.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the period (holidays, Ramadan, etc.). IMIM cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Quality & Claims

As our products are perishable food items, any claim concerning quality (damaged product, order error) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by a photo, to the address: imimofficiel.contact@gmail.com. We undertake to find a suitable solution.
