IMIM is the word for "delicious" in Tashelhit, the Berber language of the Chleuh people. A simple, warm word that expresses everything we want to offer: authentic flavors, prepared with love and passed down from generation to generation.

IMIM was born from a family passion for oriental pastries and Chleuh specialties. Here, recipes are passed down from mother to daughter, kneaded by hand, with carefully selected ingredients. Each cake is a story, each bite a journey to the heart of Morocco.
